How to Set up Microsoft® Outlook®, Outlook Express®, or Similar Email Client
1. Launch your email program – if you don't have other email accounts set up, the Setup Wizard should open automatically.
2. If the Wizard does not open, you can click "Account Settings" from the Tools menu in your email program, then click the "Add (New)" button.
3. You will need the following information from the email we sent you:
Account Info (example)
Username name@yourdomain.com (use the complete email address)
Password the password we sent you (it is case sensitive)
Name your name (NOTE: this is what others see in the "From" field when you send them email)
Mail Servers (example)
Type POP3
Incoming mail.yourdomain.com (or .net, .org, depending on your domain)
Outgoing mail.yourdomain.com (or .net, .org, depending on your domain)  [ see Notes B and C below ]
Notes
A. Follow the setup wizard carefully, entering all information exactly as provided in our email, and the instructions/notes provided here.
B.
If you are using "mail.yourdomain.com" as the outgoing mail server, you must check the "My outgoing server requires authentication" box
in the Advanced Settings area. Caution: There are two boxes with similar text – be sure to check the one with the exact wording in quotes.

C. If you prefer, or if your ISP requires it, you can use your ISP's outgoing mail server (e.g., smtp.comcast.net) – be sure to look up the proper
settings for that with your ISP.
D. We do not have access to your password -- we respect your privacy -- so please do not forget it.
