 Depending on your specific needs, we can build your website and turn it over to you to maintain, or if you prefer a hands-off approach, Maxcreative also offers "pay as you go" and monthly site maintenance plans, starting as low as $50/month.
Here's what you get...
Daily - You'll have access to one of our designers for technical assistance and routine content changes, as well as email management. "Designer access time" will be based on your website's specific needs, and will be defined in your maintenance contract.
Monthly - We'll check for and repair broken links, missing images (those annoying "Xs" you get when you visit a website that isn't being maintained), stylesheet associations, as well as email, navigation system, and form functionality. In addition, if you're hosted on one of our servers, you'll have access to valuable information about your website, including a page by page activity report.
Our Promise - We know how important your website is to your business–we'll make every effort to complete changes as quickly as possible, usually taking care of small changes (like a wording change) within a few hours. Larger items may take up to 72 hours to complete.
Advanced Maintenance - We also offer advanced maintenance/webmastry for large, complex, high-maintenance websites that include multiple forms, database interactivity using PHP/MySQL on a Unix or Linux server, frequent and timely updates, and extensive emailrooms.

- Launch your email program
– If this is your first account, the Setup Wizard should open automatically.
– If you have an account, click "Account Settings" from the Tools menu in your
email program, then click the "Add (New)" button.
- Follow the Setup Wizard, entering all the information from the email we sent you:

- If you are using "mail.yourdomain.com" as the outgoing mail server, you must check the "My outgoing server requires authentication" box in the Advanced Settings area. Caution: There are two boxes with similar text – be sure to check the one with the exact wording in quotes.
- If you prefer, or if your Internet Service Provider (ISP) requires it, you can use your ISP's outgoing mail server (e.g., smtp.comcast.net). Be sure to look up the proper settings required by your ISP.
- We do not have access to your password (we respect your privacy) so please don't forget it.

- Your login info is the same (except Username – you only have to enter the part before the @ (the domain info is already on the login page).
- All email accounts come with Webmail, so if you have multiple addresses, you can check them using the applicable login info.
- There is a link just below the login area on the Webmail login page for changing account settings, including your password.
